Finishing form and final
refinement process. Students use slip and a scoring or scratching tool and go
over pot scratching out all lumps and other blemishes, using the sponge and
slip they rub surface to smooth over. Students may include texture in partial
areas but need to demonstrate this process.

break the mold of proportion after showing me they understand it, as Giacometti
used the exaggeration of the human form to create a style and aesthetically
pleasing list of sculptures.
